Description and Service Details

Primary function is to receive and review building permit applications and issue building permits in conformance with the Ontario Building Code, the City of Burlington's Zoning By-law and other associated regulations

• when building permits are issued, building inspections are conducted by City building officials to ensure the building is constructed in accordance with the approved building permit plans and the Ontario Building Code
